Chronic Pain Support Group

A free support group lead by the fabulous Susan Smith!  

We strongly believe attitude, positive thinking, holistic care and diet all play a key role in pain.

Many of us focus on the negative in life and the down sides of chronic pain which makes it worse. We believe that with education, people can learn to help themselves.

Length: minimum 1 hour, but can vary depending on number of people.
