Yin Yoga + Thai Bodywork

Unravel your deepest layers through the practice of Yin Yoga; a still, meditative style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. Yin poses access the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments— increasing circulation in the joints and expanding range of motion.

Combined with Thai Yoga Bodywork, an ancient healing modality that blends assisted yoga stretches with acupressure, you’ll find profound opening and deep release through this blend of self-care.

In this group setting, everyone will receive bodywork and physical assists in many poses.

Please wear comfortable and warm clothing. Hair off your neck and bare feet, and try to avoid wearing jewelry.

Classes occur 6/10, 6/19, 8/12, 8/21 from 7:30-9pm
