Yoga practice adapted to safely suit the needs of individuals living with mobility challenges, impaired mobility, and/or balance issues. The class may be practiced entirely or partially from a chair. Participants must be able to follow simple instructions.
Instructor Bio: My name is April Conniff. I earned my 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certificate through the University of Minnesota Center for Spirituality and Healing. I teach private yoga lessons and I work as an instructor at Lifetime Fitness. I am also a caregiver and have been working with people with disabilities since 2010.
