This class is just like the YIN + YANG YOGA you’re used to, but with an extra special twist at the end. Tatum Fjerstad will begin this 60-minute class with a dynamic, energetic practice as usual, but when we move into the slower, quieter moments, Leah Fifield will join us and provide acupuncture as you rest and release what is no longer serving you, making space for things that do. All levels are welcome. Bring your own mat, water bottle and an open mind.
Proudly born and bred in Minneapolis, Tatum has more than 5 years of experience teaching yoga all over the country. She describes her teaching style as simple and approachable. “I’m a human being teaching other human beings how to be okay with being human. Ultimately, I just want to be helpful, honest and make you laugh.” When she's not teaching yin, meditation, vinyasa, or a little something she calls MOVE SIT WRITE, she's pursuing her masters in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Northwestern Health Sciences University, hanging out with her cool tuxedo cat, Gary, and laughing with her sweet boyfriend, Sean, and his adorable son, Liam.
