Slow Mindful Yoga

Jacqueline will be teaching a mindful yoga course Saturday, October 14th at 1:00 PM. Cost: $15

This practice involves a slow and steady approach putting an emphasis on body awareness and mindfulness. Using Alignment Yoga as the primary guide, as well as incorporating SomaYoga principles and explorations. This practice is restorative and slow, great for all ages.

Jacqueline started teaching yoga in 2009 after completing her 200 hour training in Rochester, MN. Over the years she has continued her yoga training with intensives and retreats. Jacqueline has always loved incorporating movement and wellness in her life. She recalls watching her mother folk dance and practiced yoga as a young girl, bringing much joy to her.
