Slow Mindful Yoga

Jacqueline will be teaching a second Yoga class Sunday, October 15th at 11:00 AM. The class is open to all age groups and is beneficial no matter what level of Yoga you practice. If offers a mindful approach to Yoga, taught at a moderate pace.

This practice involves a slow and steady approach putting an emphasis on body awareness and mindfulness. Using Alignment Yoga as the primary guide, as well as incorporating SomaYoga principles and explorations. This class is done at moderate pace to emphasize proper alignment and mind-body connection, great for all ages.

Jacqueline started teaching yoga in 2009 after completing her 200 hour training in Rochester, MN. Over the years she has continued her yoga training with intensives and retreats. Jacqueline has always loved incorporating movement and wellness in her life. She recalls watching her mother folk dance and practice yoga when she was a young girl. Jacqueline later incorporated yoga into her life and now teaches to help others find balance and deepen their mind-body awareness.
