Also known as “lazy-person’s yoga,” Thai yoga bodywork is a holistic and nurturing blend of assisted yoga poses, meditation, acupressure, and healing touch. This practice is performed on a padded floor mat instead of a table, and you’ll remain fully clothed (no oils or lotions need to be applied).
Please wear comfortable and warm clothing. Have hair off your neck, bare feet and try to avoid wearing jewelry.
