Jodi has been with Northeast Wellness just over a year, where she was transformational in the development of our Bismarck location. Born and raised in North Dakota, she is spreading her wings in 2024 to experience Minnesota and all of its natural, breathtaking scenery, vibrant music and arts scene, and plethora of community events. Jodi will serve as the Regional Manager for both of our clinics, located in Minneapolis and Bismarck.
Jodi is a Certified Life Coach specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). With years of experience in team management, Jodi has honed her skills in guiding individuals towards personal growth, with a focus on personality traits, removing limiting beliefs, strengthening emotional intelligence, and how those factors show up in the workplace. With her positive personality, developer mindset, and entrepreneur spirit, she has been highly successful in building teams, business strategy, and operational effectiveness.
But Jodi’s expertise doesn't stop there. She is also well-versed in the art of Sound Bath and Anjali Yoga Breathwork, helping her clients find inner peace and balance. Further, she is studying Facial Reflexology as a healing modality to add to her coaching sessions and clinic services, enhancing the mind body connection. Jodi believes in the power of movement and its impact on mental and physical well-being. That's why she is passionate about Zumba®️ and Sweat Swagger®️dance fitness, where she encourages others to embrace their bodies and build confidence through dance. Dance is a universal language that every body can embrace through rhythm and sound.
